Dr. Longxing Yu is Assistant Professor (Tenured) at Fuzhou University. He is a Fire Safety Engineer. He received his Joint-PhD (2018) from Ghent University in Belgium and Chongqing University in China. Dr. Yu was a Postdoc at SKLFS, USTC. He does research in Fire Safety Engineering including fire dynamics and simulations in the aspects of fire behavior, smoke flow characteristics and smoke control technics in complex buildings (tunnels, subways and high-rise buildings etc.). He has co-authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and reviewed for 10 journals.
